Ciao volevo sottoscrivere un abbonamento a spotify studenti per mio figlio ma il suo istituto tecnico non è riconosciuto, ho però già ricevuto segnalazioni da  carta Hipe di avvenuto addebito di €4,99. Cosa succede ora? Grazie rimango in attesa di risposta

If his son was not registered, then you shouldn't have been charged. Any charges on your statement should be showing as pending. That means the funds will get back to you within a few business days.
