Student Discount at Turkey

I have applied for student account but my bank account has been charged 2 times. Also I'm still not premium

It looks like your most recent payment didn’t go through at the student discount rate.

In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours.

Similar problem with her. The bank has charged. But I still can't be premium. Is the student promotion only for college and university students? And can I take my money back. I'm going highschool.
