Student Discount problem

Student Discount problem

I applied for student discount and my student certificate was approved this morning but (even if i paid it) i do not still have premium account. When i enter the link which is sent to my email, it direct me to pay again. I used ING Bank, Ininal card. Is this problem relate to my card or spotify?

If the payments didn't go through, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
