Hello,

I tried to create Spotify account and added all the details. But the end message was unable to create the account .

Now even after that I am being charged for $4.99 every month and not able to enjoy Spotify. 

Either make a repayment of all the charges or at least provide me my username password so I can use Spotify .

In case you don't have access to the Premium benefits, try following these steps to make sure you're logging in to the correct account since you could have multiple accounts causing this issue.

If you only have one Spotify account, but can't use the Premium features, try reinstalling the app.
