Student premium billing issue

I am a student and subscribed to Spotify premium as such, but now I’m being charged the full price instead of 50%. Does the discount apply as long as I’m still a student? If so, how can I get my rate updated and reimbursed for when I was charged too much? Thank you.

The student discount lasts 12 months, with the option to renew (Spotify will remind you!) for another 12 months as long as you’re eligible. If you don’t renew, payments will proceed at the standard Premium rate.
