My Question or Issue

I recently purchased the Premium Student plan on 11/26, and I'm aware that it'll start charging on the next billing date (12/27). However, I was wondering if I cancel now:

1. Will I still have premium benefits up until then?
2. While I'm on the plan, am I allowed to request a refund, or is that only after cancelling?
3. The terms and conditions say that after 14 days from purchase, you can cancel but won't receive a refund. So, If I cancel on exactly 12/10 or any time before that, will I receive a refund?
4. Does cancelling a few days before the billing date mean I avoid getting charged, but since it's after 14 days, I'm not eligible for a refund?

Hi @Leafui,

Thanks for reaching out.

Cancelling at any time means that you won't be charged again on the next billing date. You will keep any remaining Premium time you have left and your account will revert to free on said billing date. All this info can be checked at any time on your subscription page

If you don't cancel and the next billing date arrives, then the next payment will be processed. To avoid getting charged, you must cancel before that.

Regarding the refund policy, a refund is never issued automatically. You need to request it via our support team within the specified time frame. After you receive a refund, your account will also be reverted to free effective immediately. The full info regarding our refund policy can be found here.

Hope this clears things up.
