Switching to Student Discount

Upon hearing of the student discount I tried to update my account to get the discount. During this switch I also changed my credit card because I was cancelling my other card. Today I received msgs through the app that my payment didnt go through and that I'd have to update my payment. I tried updating my payment method but it wouldnt give me any options without first cancelling my premium account. Upon doing this I tried to re-apply for the student discount and it wouldnt let me saying I had already redeemed the offer. So i check my bank transactions and see that there is a charge on my account for the discounted spotify premium account that went through today (March 6th). Problem is, now that ive cancelled the account it wont let me resubscribe using my student details. Any help here would be just great.

When you cancel your subscription, your discount should stay applied on your account until it expires. So feel free to resubscribe and you should be charged the discounted price 🙂
