Unable to be verified by Sheerid

I manually verified my college by uploading a college document, but sheerid still won't allow me to purchase with a student discount. It won't verify my status, when I have already been manually verified through email. So, how do I repurchase subscripition????

Is there a link to sign up for the discount in the email you received for your manual verification? If so, try signing up using that link.
