My Question or Issue

I recently registered for the student discount, and after I was verified I was sent to the payment screen where I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the three dots to finish loading. I have refreshed the page many times, tried on all my devices, changed to a stronger wifi, but no matter what it wont let me purchase premium. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this. 

Would you try again from an incognito window and a different browser?

In case the issue persists, we recommend trying with a different network, for example creating a hot spot on your phone and using that - if that's possible.

Also, it's worth waiting 24 hours before trying to subscribe again.
