can't connect hulu to student plan

I have been paying the Premium Student Plan and Hulu, separately. Hulu won't let me change billing to 3rd party, so I canceled my Hulu account. Spotify says to deactivate Hulu under services, but there isn't a deactivate option. I removed access under the Apps section and went to Services and clicked "watch" under Hulu. It takes me to the Hulu page, I created an account with the same email address/password as Spotify, but it only gives me the regular plans on Hulu. Help!

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

You should be able to activate Hulu from your Account Page > Your Services.

It should look something like this. Once you click on "Activate", follow the steps to connect your Spotify subscription to your account on Hulu. If you still can't find the option, make sure your logged in the right account or try using another device.

Lastly, if you're still experiencing difficulties, we'd recommend that you can also check out the steps at Hulu's help center or get in touch with their support team to get help with your Hulu account.

I tried connecting hulu but it wont work. I have already tried troubleshooting with them, spotify keeps telling me I have a hulu account but wont connect the billing.
