i have paid for the premium plan but it has not been enabled money is debit

i have paid for the premium plan but it has not been enabled money is debit

I have chosen the one-time payment plan , the money has been debited from my bank account but the plan hasnt reflected on my account. I made the payment through UPI and as I scanned the code and paid nothing happened to the screen it was as if i had not made the payment but I have

Team Spotify, I opted for 3month free premium & did UPI payment. Rs.1 got debited from my account also a Auto-pay of Rs.119 got enabled on my UPI (phonepe) but still my profile shows I am on free plan..still getting Ads and stuff...help me guys...i love Spotify but things like this makes me rethink

I already paid for premium mini on my phone but for some reason when i open Spotify app is still a free account after knowing that, i check my payment history to see if it's actually reduce my balance or not and it actually is, i really hope i get an answer for this really soon because if not i might switch to other music streaming service and I've been premium for a long time and this only happens to me once.

When you subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends an e-mail with the purchase receipt. Did you get one?

If so, please double-check if you're logging in with the correct credentials.

In case you are, please try logging out and back into your Spotify account twice in a row. This triggers a manual sync of your settings and may be of help, although it's almost never necessary to do so and your Premium appears almost immediately, if not immediately after the payment has been made.

 

Tip: You can check here if you have more than one account (and logging in the wrong one).

My Question or Issue

I've reinstalled Spotify after a long 6 months and I received the 'get 3 months premium for 119' offer. I go on to activate this plan using upi payment. Money gets deducted and bank sms arrives only to find the app loads back up to the pay 119 page again. Kindly give the said premium (as auto pay is activated) or refund the 119 amount while I deactivate the autopay.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. Can you try logging out of your account and logging back in? Make sure to use the right login details, you might have signed into another account accidentally. If this doesn't work, can you check which plan shows under Your plan in your Spotify account page?

I was trying to get the premium. Completed the payment using upi. The amount is charged but did not get premium

I am experiencing this issue as well. I lost my card and had to switch accounts. Paid and I have a receipt and it still is not showing as unpaused days later. What is going on? It seems like several people are having this same issue. The article is not relevant to this issue.

same! i paid through UPI and didn't get any sort of confirmation from spotify. i can't find any relevant articles either

My Question or Issue

I paid for Spotify premium student plan (66 INR) through UPI and money was deducted from my bank account at around 7:15 IST on 21st December 2022, but I still haven't gained access to premium facilities. 

How do I solve this?

I purchased a mini premium pack of 25 rupees from Spotify through google and payed by upi and the payment was successful but the app is not showing the premium feature.i have the receipt of the payment .please solve this

We did some digging and found something that may be of help here 🙂
If you've used a UPI payment and you've been charged for Premium but your account is still on free, you may reach out to BillDesk Support to raise a dispute.

Before you do so, please get a formal proof of the debited amount from your banks, as it will be required.

Paid for students premium membership but not updated in app and still getting adds

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

 

One of the main features of the Premium subscription is the ability to listen to your favorite music Ad-free. By saying that you're still seeing ads, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium. Can you please double check that you're logged in on the correct account? 


In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page, under Your plan. You should see Premium Student there. 


If you are not seeing this, but you know you've activated it and you've successfully completed the SheerID verification,  can you try locating your other account with the steps here?

Hello! I have already paid for my Premium Student plan through autopay but still it shows that I haven't updated my payment. As a result my premium membership isn't active. My student validity is till 12th Oct 2023. Please help me out.
