payment is not going through

payment is not going through

so i moved countries from kenya to south africa for university and i had a premium family account in kenya but it expired when i came here and i didn’t renew it. but now, i want to get the student premium account, and it says i’m eligible for it. but as soon as i fill in my card details and select “buy now” it gives me an error message saying that the payment failed. it suggests that i use a different card, which i don’t have since i’m only a student so i have just one bank account, or i use a different payment method (only option is vodapay, but it doesn’t work for me). i have tried more than 10 times now, but i still keep getting the same error message. hope to find someone that can help.
