Cannot locate membership for which I am paying

Hello, I am from Canada and have been paying for a premium membership (9.99) for the past several months from a credit account I do not use regularly at all. I have tried looking at this account as well as the one associated with my facebook profile and both those accounts are under the free version. How might I be able to locate the account I am paying for? This is all so stressful and I didn't know it was happening so am a little frustrated I don't know how to find the information.
