I can't get a free 3 months premium subscription.

My Question or Issue

The 3 months trial appear on my premium home page, though when I click it, I get redirected to a "choose your subscription" page, and the message that appears says I do not have the requirements for the choosen plan (3 months trial).

I have tried talking with several support helpers (5 of them), and none solved or gave me useful information.

 

The images I linked are the premium homepage, and the error message I get.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Have you previously used a Premium subscription? The special offers are only for new customers, which have never before used a Premium subscription. Is this the case on your end?

No, I have never used premium in any account before, also, as I did not find a solution, I ended up taking the 1 month free offer, instead of the 3 months I wanted.

This is my first time using premium, I am still on my free month, would there be a way for me to get my other 2 free months?

If you're having issues with activating a specific offer you though you were eligible for, we advise you to contact our customer support team to get this sorted out, as we don't have access to the backend tools needed to find out the reason for this issue.

I had the same problem (got the offer and error message, different country though), but today I've been finally able to activate 3 months. Maybe there's been some technical issues. It was available for one plan only by the way.

I literally did that, 5 TIMES, and the support team just redirected me to another country team (I am on Brazil and I speak english so the support kept redirecting me from Brazil to EUA support teams and vice versa), or they ended the conversation as soon as I uploaded the images for them...

the problem is, I already got the 1 month free offer, for personal reasons I had to get premium on the spot, but I would still want the other 2 months since it is my first time ever using premium.
