I paid for premium i didn't get any invoice even i didn't got my subscripti

I paid for premium i didn't get any invoice even i didn't got my subscripti

I paid for the subscription still i didn't get any invoice on my email or anything i can't even open my Spotify account I'm way too frustrated now i mailed still no response

Can you please share the error message you're seeing when you try logging in at https://spotify.com/account? 🙂 If it turns out that you're able to log in, please check if it shows that you're on Free or Premium.

Thanks for your reply in this thread.

 

Could you share more info about what's going on? Are you not able to log in or are you not seeing your Premium time?

 

In the meantime, make sure you're logging into the correct account. To check, go to this link and verify your account's credentials and if you have an active Premium subscription.

 

You can also check if you have any additional accounts by following these steps.
