J'ai un abonnement duo. Je ne retrouve pas mon compte payant. Help🙏

J'ai réinstallé l'appli qui bugait. Après plusieurs essais je retombe sur mon premier compte gratuit. Je n'ai plus les infos pour mon compte payant. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser les mots de passe sur mes deux mails mais retour à la case départ.

Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

 

Try going to your Account Overview page > Your plan, and check your subscription status from there. If it says Premium, then make sure you're logging in from the app with the same email that's shown here

 

You could also try logging in with the Facebook or Google option. Additionally, if have any other emails, maybe old ones you don't use anymore, check to see if you have any other accounts
