SPOTİFY üyeliğim Eylül öğrenci olduğumu tekrardan doğrulamam dedi. Ben de öğrenci hala olduğumu ispatladım ve öğrenci hesabımın devam ettiği planı gördüm. Fakat fatura kesim zamanı benden normal plan ücreti alındı. Ben de bugün öğrenci hesabımı kapattım. Lütfen bu sorunu çözün. Para iademi yapın.

Hello there,

 

Just jumping in here to add some additional information about Premium Student.

 

The discount is valid for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed. Unless renewed in time, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual. You can always check the status of your subscription on your account page, under Your plan.

 

When it's time to renew the discount, you can either log into your college/uni's portal or upload proof of your enrollment, to verify your student status again. 

 

Keep in mind that your student discount is not automatically activated upon approval of your student verification request. You will need to click on the link that was sent to your email by SheerID, so you can be routed to your Spotify account and activate the student discount by reconfirming your payment details.
