My Question or Issue

I have a pre-paid yearly subscription (which I purchased through Spotify) & also have my card details for renewal but when I try & claim my free Google Nest it says my account isn't eligible? Surely as a pre-paid yearly subscriber I should be eligible?

The most common answer is to try following the redeeming link and send back the screenshot of the error.

Please note that the offer is only for United Kingdom and the Canada.

Could you try reserving and redeeming your Nest Mini here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing and I’ll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Hi, Screenshot attached with the error message I am getting. I have tried different browsers & also in private mode but not luck.

Sadly, the community help can't do more.

 

If you think that is an error, I recommend you to reach the Spotify Support (Option N°3 or N°4) and explain them the situation. They will help more that i can.

It look like redeeming the Google Mini Nest has some problems due to the high amount of requests.
