hello, I was charged for the family plan for 3 months but I never bought it. I never wanted it and I had no family on my account

Hey @Calebbelai

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:


Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

 

You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

hI. I have problem with payment, charged from 2 different bank accounts for premium membership. I could find username myself.  It doesnt seem that I have 2 different profiles. Could somebody help me.  HOw can i contact u directly or post my request here
