Premium Family subscription

Solved!

Premium Family subscription

Hello,

I want to start a Premium Family account with my flatmates, but they all have their own Premium account. In this case how do we need to proceed? Do they have to finish their monthly subscription and then we can start the subscription together? If I start the family account before, means that they will lose the month payed?

Thank you!

Hey @gaiuzza, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Great question. I'm here to help.

If the members are joining the Premium Family plan, all subsequent payments on their account(s) are made by the plan’s manager. Any remaining Premium time they have is forfeited.

Also, you can use an existing account to join Premium Family, keeping your own saved music and playlists. Other members of the plan also use their own accounts, so you don’t need to share login details.

There is some more info on Premium Family here

Hope this helps!
