Premium not activating possibly due to double payment

Premium not activating possibly due to double payment

I scheduled 2 payments by mistake, so I cancelled one and paid the other.

The transfer was made yesterday, and I still have no premium.

Just to confirm, are you able to see the current status of the charge? If it hasn't gone through, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.

 

Also, make sure that your payment method meets these requirements.
