My Question or Issue

I started the free trial of solo premium a month ago, and now that It's time to pay, It cancelled my sub. and banned the option for me to even look at the solo plan saying: You are not legible for this plan" Also the app says 5 eur/month, while the website says 10 eur/ month wth. I have given my credit card info too, so I don't understand why Does the app say "Give payment method"

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Based on what you've described, we understood that you're experiencing issues with the payment method you're using. 

 

We'd recommend that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.

 

If you see that the payment has failed - head here to see what you can do. 
 

Keep in mind that in order for the payment to go through successfully, your card needs to meet all of our requirements mentioned in the article above. 

 

In case you've checked all of these and you're still having troubles with payments, try using another payment method or an incognito window as it doesn't keep that info saved.
