Hello so I have a problem. I had the plan for Spotify premium which was $9.99 each month but recently I found that it would be a better deal to do Spotify premium student for $4.99. So I decided to switch over plans today 9/30/2020 but I had no idea that today was also the day I get charged for the first plan. So now I’m left charged with $9.99 and I’m no longer using that service since I switched over to the $4.99 plan. I was wondering if I can get a refund for that 9.99 since I did switch it the day of. Please let me know what can done, thank you!
