Why does my premium subscription expire? I haven't canceled it.

Why does my premium subscription expire? I haven't canceled it.

App and emails from Spotify ask me to renew the premium subscription - without any cancelation of contract. Payment should be running normal ( via PayPal) : The account details show that the next payment is due mid October 2022. Shall I renew premium as you ask me to? I don't want to pay twice for what's already paid, and still I don't want premium to be canceled. Help me please.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

Since you mentioned that the payment should have been taken in mid October, it's possible that Spotify couldn't take it. You can check if your payment has gone through successfully by taking a look at your Receipts page

 

If the payment couldn't be processed, you can wait until it's taken by the system automatically in a few days. Or if you prefer, you can force it by updating your payment method (by entering the same details as before) from your Account page
