To get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be great if you could share as many details as possible such as if you're seeing an error message for example.

 

In the meantime, I recommend trying to subscribe via another device and another network connection as it can also impact the subscription process.

we did make payment via another account, now its ok!

How did you do it?I'm facing the same problem.I've tried switching account and device too.But it didn’t work

 

 

We are using family plan pack, i did payment with another one account. It may happened when you have no sufficient balance in the last month auto renewal period. 

I was trying to buy the individual pack for one week.But whenever I input my mobile number it just shows "something's wrong" 🙂

It sounds like you're trying to pay via your mobile carrier, in which case it's best to check with them why the payments aren't going through.
Have you tried reaching out to them and, if yes - what has the outcome of that been?

I recently stopped my Duo Plan which I used to pay monthly through my network carrier - Grameen Phone. I switched to the Student Plan for which I was eligible but my payments now fail. I'm not sure why though. This wasn't a problem for more than a year. What's changed and what can I do? Why is the payment not going through? This is the message I get -
"The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support."
