Artists section used to show all of my saved albums from them now it takes me to their homepage

My Question or Issue

Previously, the Artist section was always pretty useless to me.  Yea it would show me my followed artists but selecting one just took me to their band page resulting in even more clicks just to get to the music I want from them.  Offline mode was better but it's just a spam of all the songs you have downloaded doesn't even show when one album ends and another begins.

So how excited I was the other day to see when I selected an artist it took me to a neatly organized list of albums that I have saved from them.  I don't know when that change happened but I was over the moon almost texted everybody I know about how Spotify apparently made vast improvements to managing your library.

.. and then today again I go back there and select an artist and it either takes me to their band page again or in offline mode just a string of downloaded songs from them. 

Anyone know what I need to sacrifice to get that 1 day of glorious cataloged music back? A sheep or a goat perhaps?

The artist page should have a section with all the liked songs/albums that you've liked from them.

It's a good idea to restart the device and then to log out and log back in to sync things up.

Could you share with us the exact Spotify version that is running on your device? It's also a good idea to send us a video recording of what you're seeing. We'll look into this further.

Hi! I'm on version 8.6.24.918, Android 11.

I'll select an Artist and it takes me to their band page.  The other day it was taking me to all of the albums I have followed from them, which you'll see below.  This seems like an unnecessary step as I have to scroll to the "liked songs" button to get to their albums I have followed, but at least it's still there (I never knew the liked songs button even displayed that, so I'm glad this is still somewhere)

So after selecting "liked songs" I am greeted with the albums section which is what I wanted.

Side note on this - as a feature suggestion I think it makes a lot more sense to organize the albums by release date rather than alphabetically.

Offline mode is where it's all broken again though =(

For starters, the other day from the same "Artists" section, a lot of the bands were actually greyed out which I thought was really awesome.  I assume signifying I had no downloaded songs from them, which let me easily sift through what I had saved on my phone.

Next, the other day in offline mode when selecting an artist I was greeted with the format above, neatly listing each album, now it has reverted back to the screen below which just lists a bunch of downloaded songs.   I've never liked this as it doesn't even show you when one album ends and another begins, just a list of songs with no context.

So in all

- While online selecting an Artist from my library directly navigating to the saved albums screen instead of their band page made things much easier to navigate my library

- Sorting albums by release date would be greatly appreciated!

- While offline I can't even access the saved albums page =(
