Downloading music

Downloading music

Besides the fact that spotify constantly deletes my music and I have to find connection all the time to refresh it, now, even when I find connection, the music is not downloading, so when I lose internet and go offline, the music goes and I have to relog in, once this happens, the songs remain gone, as if I didnt have premium. I have been paying monthly but it's almost one month already without access to the app.

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

  • Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
  • Does the issue persist on other devices using your account or on your device using a different account?
