My Question or Issue

My extended streaming history doesn't go further than April 2023.  I originally requested my history in August, and at that time, it was also not logging anything after April.  I chatted with support and the person simply said to wait 2 weeks or so, request it again and it will be updated.  Well I lost interest and came back now to request it.  Should be enough time for the system to get back on track...nope.  Still stuck at April 2023.


What's the cause of this issue? Am I the only one experiencing this?   If anyone knows the resolution from another topic, please provide me a link.
