Liked Songs gone after account reinstatement

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone! Recently, I had my Spotify account reinstated. In the time it was disabled, my plan changed from Premium (Duo) to Free. When I tried to access my Liked Songs list, I found that they are all gone. Spotify currently reads that I have 0 liked songs.

I upgraded to Premium again and uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but neither of those things worked. I had 1000+ liked songs so I'm hoping there's a way to get them back.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If your Liked Songs collection can't be found (only after an account being disabled and reactivated), you should contact our customer support team to have the changes to your music library reverted. Here is how to reach out to them.
