My playlist disappeared

i was using my Spotify playlist with over 7k songs and years of downloads a few days ago. Went to go back on my Spotify the next day and it disappeared. I looked on GoodLife for suggestions on how to recover deleted playlists, went to do that but said there were no deleted playlists. Wondering if there is another solution to this problem.

Is playlist gone entirely from Your Library or is it just empty? If it's the former, it's possible that it's located on another account of yours. I recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed. It's also worth checking if you can find the playlist in the Recently Played section on your devices and add it back to Your Library.

In case the playlist is empty, you can reach out to the folks over at Customer Support who might be able to recover the songs for you.

I took just had this happen tonight all 1000+ liked sons and personal playlists are gone. The app then disappeared from my phone and forced me to reinstall. 

Am running version 8.9.42.575 on android logged in via Facebook on an Android smartphone
