My Question or Issue

My player stuck on one podcast and was unable to switch to other songs or podcasts. Besides, it seems like no song is appeared on any of the playlist.

This type of issue is commonly related to a mismatch between the country you're located in and the one registered in your account when you use the free service. So in this case, we'd first recommend updating your country by following the steps mentioned in this article. 

If you have a Premium subscription, since the screenshot you attached is from a free account, it's possible that you've logged into the wrong account by mistake. In that case, we'd recommend logging out and back in using the credentials of your Premium subscription.
