Rules on external links in playlist descriptions

I have a lot of local files on spotify and I organize them into playlists to imitate an album page. I want to make these playlists public and have a link for people to download the files. Can I link to an external site with the purpose of sharing local files to another spotify user. Could this also be considered illegal sharing of files.

Thanks for your post.

It's not possible to share local file tracks with other users.

Primarily because of Copyrights. Also, due to the limitaition of the Spotify app. The app converts local files to Spotify cache in order to play them, so local files will only work and be visible on your computer and mobile device (when downloaded).
