My Question or Issue

My Spotify won't work on PC but on my phone it works perfectly fine. I tried redownloading the app through the Microsoft Store but whenever I try to log in, it says, "A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally, you could try changing the currently used proxy settings. (Error code: auth:15)" I tried letting Spotify through my firewall but nothing worked. I also tried logging into the Web Player but all it says is "Something went wrong. Try reloading the page." When I reload the page, the screen is just black. Please help!! Thanks!

Hey @skyy_estanislao,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

The troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more.

We'd suggest you give the steps mentioned here a go to check if anything changes.

It's also a good idea to try downloading the app from our website to see if that makes a difference.

Let us know how it goes.
