Hi @itsonlymusic,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

I've moved your post from Chat to a relevant Help board, where it fits better.

One potential reason for recommended songs playing randomly as you listen to your playlist could be that Smart Shuffle is enabled. This is a feature that Premium subscribers have access to, which automatically adds recommended tracks to your playlist. The Smart Shuffle icon appears like this when it's enabled:

You can turn off Smart Shuffle by clicking this icon again to get to regular Shuffle, or then clicking once more to play the playlist unshuffled. Feel free to read more about Smart Shuffle in this support article

Another potential reason for recommended tracks playing randomly as you listen to your playlist could be that you’re using the Free version of Spotify on the mobile app, and your playlist has less than 15 songs in it. In this case, Spotify will automatically add new songs to the playlist until you have 15 tracks there. Unfortunately, this feature cannot be disabled; however, if you add more than 15 songs to your playlist, Spotify will stop adding recommendations.

I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any other questions.

Have a good day!
