glitch in UI on bottom bar, home page not transparent but search and your library is

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

To start investigating this behavior, would you mind confirming if you have already performed a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article?

 

If so and the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 


Lastly, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device (it could be the same friend or family member), to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

I have done a clean reinstall. That did not fix the issue

Could you send us the additional info @OscarDC asked for previously? This will help us determine if the issue is device or account-related.

Did a clean reinstall, it did not get fixed. Another account that logged onto my device had the same problem, and they have the issue on their own also.

Did you notice when this started happening and if it was something specific? 

 

Since you mentioned that your Spotify version is 8.9.64.456, could you confirm that you've now upgraded to the newest after the clean reinstall, but there's still not any difference?

 

Lastly, do you also mean that the other person that logged in on your device experiences the same thing on their phone? If that's so, it'd be great if you could ask them to post their details here as well, that'll be very helpful.
