Bypassing “offline sync” because it doesn’t exist on device

My Question or Issue

I got it to appear here by making a new folder on my laptop and dropping in the songs. Then made a new playlist on my desktop version. Then I turned off “hide unavailable songs” song on my phone.  and downloaded it on both my laptop and phone. While I was in the playlist on my phone I clicked the triple dot and it allowed me to save. So it’s downloaded but not downloaded

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary issue?

If yes, could you check if both of your devices are in the same Wi-Fi network? And does your have enough space left for these songs?

Yeah, it still doesn't work. Was it updated recently, and someone forgot to put it there??
