Can't Download Local Files to iPhone

Hello,

I recently had to redownload my spotify songs, and unfortunately, I can't download my local files! I have a playlist with them, have the ticker set to download offline on both my MacBook and iPhone, and it still won't download.

I do know how the wifi syncing works, and I am on the same network. In fact, I can click the song that is grayed out on my phone and play it on my computer through spotify connect. But it won't download to my phone.

I've looked around for ways to solve this issue, but I can't seem to figure it out. Again, my computer is a Mac. This is very very frustrating, hope I can find some help.

Have you tried to reinstall your Spotify on both devices?
