Can’t Like/Download New Albums/Songs

My Question or Issue

To preface, I was using Spotify last night with no issues whatsoever. However, this morning, I’ve been trying to like/download a new album to no avail. Tapping the “like” icon makes it go green, but it doesn’t appear in my “liked” tab, and opening the album back up the icon is grey again. Tapping the “download” icon does absolutely nothing. As well as this, adding individual songs to a playlist I have downloaded does nothing, as the songs aren’t downloading. 

Any help?

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you contact out customer support and ask them to remove any potential corrupt device since we can't do it directly from our end.
