Can’t delete playlist

I am going through all of my playlists and I’m trying to delete it but I can’t. It will let me do everything but delete them. 

And by do everything but delete I mean it lets me:

• Add/remove songs
• Download the playlist
• Edits playlist
• Add/remove from profile
• Make collaborative
• Add to queue
• Share
• Go to radio

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app, following these steps.

You can also try deleting playlists from the Web Player.

My Question or issue

Hi all, I can't seem to find playlists that I make. I make a new playlist, it lets me, but when I try to find it to add a new song to it, I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I tried multiple things, like deleting old playlists, which also doesn't work. When I click on delete playlist, it goes away for a second and it comes back.

I have also deleted spotify, and downloaded it again. I tried to log off and log in again. Nothing seems to work. 

Can anyone help me please?
