Can't get premium

Can't get premium

So I created a free account on iPhone.

Upgraded to premium.

Premium works on the laptop but not on iPhone.

So I uninstalled app on the iPhone

Reinstalled

No joy

I can go to the main Spotify webpage on iPhone and it asks if I want to listen via the app.

I say yes

Reinstall app

Same thing: app reverts to username for free account. It doesn't give me the option to provide the login details (email and username) that I used for the premium account.

If you can't make use of the Premium features, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account

Sorted many thanks. It was indeed as simple as logging out then logging back in with the right account!
