Can't log in to my premium account

Can't log in to my premium account

So, today i got premium on my account: yoshisecond. So i wanted to log in with the Spotify app on my phone so i cud listen to some music. But its not letting me log-in its saying its the wrong password but im 100% sure thats my password. And i tried to change my password by e-mail. So Spotify sends me an email to change my password. It says that my e-mail has been send but i don't see it in my inbox. Please help me. The email is yoshidelbeke@hotmail.com

Hey @YoshiYvesD,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you get back in to your account within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
