My Question or Issue

i know it might be bc i didn't updated my ios but i still update the spotify app regularly and i can't rearrange my queue for some time now. My macbook doesn't have the same problem though.

Thanks for reaching out!

As long as your iOS is supported, it shouldn't be an issue that you haven't updated it for some time.
What I'd suggest in your situation is to perform a complete clean reinstall of the app to see if that would make a difference.
This will ensure there are no leftover files on your device from previous Spotify installations that may be interfering with the app functionality.

Should the issue persist, please send us a link to a video recording of it so that we can take a further look into it 🙂

Hi! Thanks for replying but i already discussed this issue with another spotify customer servicer and even though we did a full cleaning about the app and it's data, problem still haven't solved. I do think it's because i haven't updated my ios (which is 14.3 version), cause when i logged in another device it worked just fine. So i don't think it can be solved really. I would be happy if you guys can solve it somehow though..

We've noticed that you're not running the latest iOS version on your phone and this would also be a possible reason for this to happen. We'd highly recommend updating it to the latest version that you can get and check if you'll experience the same. 

 

We always work on improving the user's experience and we advise that you keep both your OS and your Spotify up to date with the latest version so that you don't miss out on any fixes.
