Hello,
before the midday I wanted to log in on my Spotify account but it wasn´t possible. I don´t remember now, but an "error" was mentioned. After that I paid for Spotify Premium for the next month. However, after the payment and logging in, all my playlists are missing, all songs are disappeared, gone!
Can you help me? I want my playlists back 😕

Hi there and welcome to the community,

 

It looks like you are logged-in to a different account. Is the one you are logged-in to Premium or free?

It's worth logging out/in again either using Facebook or directly using the username and password field.

thank you for you answer.

I have always used Premium and now I´m logged-in Premium account too. I have always logged in using my username which is still the same.

I´m not sure, however ... In the past, I paid for Premium account in Slovakia. And now, I´ve been for a few weeks in the UK. Could this be the problem? I really don´t know. Because I´m using here the same username and the same e-mail address like in Slovakia.
