Downloaded Songs stop playing after 10 seconds

My Question or Issue

Songs that I have downloaded randomly stop playing after 10 seconds, and I have to reset the app in order to make them work properly. Have already reinstalled and whatnot.

Welcome to the Community!

Run a clean reinstall of the app - this includes clearing all app data. Follow this guide for gest results.

If that doesn't do the trick disable any Battery optimization for Spotify and make sure the app is granted all Permissions in the App settings.

I am also facing the same issue with my Android Phone while play songs it stops playing in few seconds. I've tried alot even restore my mobile phone but still the issue not solved. I am bit worried that either I've download the original app or not. I've download spotify app from playstore. Can any one please guide how to fix this issue?

Welcome to the Community!

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app following the exact steps from this Guide. You should also Log out Everywhere, so that your account can sync up with the servers.

Also, the Spotify app should be the first one in the list when you search for it in the store.
