Downloaded songs not working

I have downloaded multiple albums offline but they won't play offline and I don't know why, please help

Check your Spotify account settings for offline devices and make sure your preferred device is on the list.

If it is on the list, you can try resetting and trying again.

Otherwise, it could be that the songs aren't actually downloaded, even though you have told them to download already.

From www.spotify.com, log in and click on your profile on the top right. Then click Account.

From there, you should be able to scroll down to Offline Devices along the left side bar. 

There should be the options for adding / removing offline devices.
