Extra blank playlists?

My Question or Issue

when i click "add to playlist" on a song, it has extra blank playlists at the bottom of my list of playlists. they don't show up in my library and i even tried to clean my playlists up to see if it'd do anything; nope. deleted and reinstalled the app; didn't work either. i didn't say anything about it before, it started less than a year ago i think and i've had premium for maybe 2+ years, even though it bothered me but it's annoying now. someone let me know what this is.
