Extremely Slow Downloads

Extremely Slow Downloads

I’m suffering from extremely slow downloads.  I’ve tried all recommended solutions and I’m certain it’s not my connection.

 

- removed devices

- logged out

- uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify

 

I’m running the latest update of iOS 11.

 

Can anyone help?  Thanks!

I’m in the same boat and I’m pissed. Slow downloads to my iPad, EXTREMELY slow downloads to my iPod touch (I use this one for offline play). Latest iOS in both devices, fast internet connection, reinstalled Spotify, nothing worked. I’ve read many threads here and a lot of people have similar problems. Confusing in that up until two days ago everything was pretty good although occasionally I had to reload a playlist for some strange reason. I’m about to give up and cancel my premium subscription, what ticks me off s that Spotify e peck us to fix the problems, they take our money but offer no support whatsoever except info bulletins that consist of nothing but obvious info.

Problem fixed itself after a while.  Seems like it’s a common issue that no one has an explanation for.

 

Thanks for the help to the community.  Spotify failed to reach out or offer any support even thought they’re happy to take my money for my premium subscription, even when it isn’t being delivered.
