Has comprobado tu conexión a internet, tu velocidad? Puedes usar http://www.speedtest.net/ para comprobarlo.
Si tu conexión no es un problema deberías probar a cerrar la sesión y volver a entrar.
Si eso tampoco funciona, te recomiendo reinstalar Spotify, si eso tampoco funciona, hazmelo saber.
