I was about to hit a pedestrian because of Spotify app's BMW Safety Notice. How can I disable it!!

Life needs to be smooth. So is listening to music.

I'm not a person who plays with his phone during driving.  When I hear the incoming email or SMS sound, I don't even look at my phone until I'm at the work or back at home. 

However, almost everytime I get in the car, couple of minutes later right in the middle of the traffic I notice that spotify doesn't work properly and music is either problematic or doesn't play at all and I need to find my phone and unlock it and find the spotify app and click it and then click on the annoying BMW safety notice popup. This is like a psychological torture I keep fighting myself and I give up and end up doing the same because MUSIC DOESNT WORK.

Today I was about to hit someone while doing that!!!

How can I disable this annoying popup? Do I need to kill someone before that is fixed? If I'm using it at my own risk, why can't I disable it!

I'm going to make an accident because of this!!!

This is ridiculous it needs to appear every time, today it literally took me 12 min to even get this screen with all the nonsense of bmw connected. Just give us an option to disable in the future. It's good for bmw since it stream lines its busted connected app, I get more use out of spotify, and maybe spotify will get me as a paying member. Rn this is is just shoddy implementation to remove my phone from the its holder, go through menus, to unlock something that I unlock every time I turn on my car.
