Hello!
Check if the switch for making your playlist available for offline on.
To verify if the songs are still downloaded, activate offline mode and try to play a song.
If the songs were indeed deleted, I'm afraid that you will need to download them again.
Just make sure you have enough storage available to download because Spotify will stop downloading songs when the device you are using has a small available storage. (sometimes even if you have 500MB-1GB available)
The software update shouldn't be a problem.
Maybe it was just a bug.
Hope this helps! ♫

Hmm... That doesn't sound correct.
Maybe it's very simple, but have you tried closing the app and its process and then restarting your device?
A delay in paying your bill will make this happen 😞
This happens all the time on my iphone 5s
If the phone is turned off, all songs needs to be re-synced when I turn it back on.
Same here... on iOS and MacOS. I have a premium subscription and I lose the "Download" flag on my playlists every few weeks and have to remark and download them. Not cool.
This just happened to me as well. All of my playlists were removed from offline availability and I had to redownload every single song. It happened when i switched offline mode off to search for a song and then I noticed that none of my previously offline available were 'downloaded'. What the **bleep** Spotify? If it really is 'just a bug' it's the most annoying one imaginable. I cannot be sitting around waiting to redownload every song i already downloaded and got removed for no reason.
I forgot about tis bug. I was on Tidal for a few months and didn't have this issue, back to Spotify mainly for the discover feature, but between the lower quality stream and this bug I may just switch back to Tidal after all, ugh. This has been a bug for months...**bleep**?
